Testostro Grow Review

Testostro Grow Review

Can You Grow your T levels with Testostro Grow?

Testostro Grow claims to be no ordinary T booster. In fact, its manufacturer Ultimate Nutrition claims that their product is one of the most potent T boosters available, stimulating the body to create a constant stream of testosterone that empowers you to optimise workouts and build serous muscle mass.

Just some of the ways this supplement helps support healthy T levels is by lowering the amount of estrogen in the body, boosting sexual functioning, helping prevent testosterone from becoming deactivate, supporting aerobic power and muscle strength and supporting the metabolism…

But that’s not all – this supplement also claims to support healthy levels of DHT, protect the body’s cells from damaging free radicals, stabilise blood sugar levels, help the body maintain energy and enhance general wellbeing.

Sound too good to be true? Let’s delve deeper.

The Formula in Testostro Grow

There’s nothing to hide here – the manufacturer fully discloses the ingredients of Testostro’s formula. Here’s what you’re looking at:

  • Chrysin (800mg)
  • Tribulus Terrestris (1500mg)
  • Saw Palmetto (200mg)
  • Nettle Root (155mg)
  • Avena Sativa (90mg)
  • Indole-3-Carbinol (40mg)
  • Daidzein (30mg)
  • Hawthorn (130mg)
  • Cucurbita pepo (120mg)
  • Alpha Lipoic Acid (160mg)

Taking Testostro Grow

Take three tablets a day, individually, with food.

Use Testostro Grow for 21 days, followed by a seven day break. This cycle should be repeated three times, followed by a 3-4 week break. The cycle can then be repeated.

User Feedback

There’s plenty of positive feedback here – users claim to have experienced impressive gains in size and strength as a result of using Testostro Grow, as well as noticeable muscle tightening and hardening.  Other positive points cited by happy users are the overall sense of general wellbeing the supplement supports, as well its powerfully energy-boosting properties.

It’s not all good news, though – some people report experiencing crashes, both in terms of energy and general wellbeing, at the end of cycles. This makes mood swings a problem, leading many people to claim this supplement is only suitable for use over the long term.

Also, although not in huge numbers, some people claim to have experienced no benefits at all when using this product.

Any Reported Side Effects

The only thing resembling a side effect we can see here is a crash feeling when the cycle finishes.

Our Thoughts

It doesn’t take much scrutiny to reveal that this product lacks any real T boosting power…. Let’s take a closer look at the key ingredients in Testostro’s formula:

Chrysin – while testing in rats has shown slight increases in testosterone levels, chrysin isn’t absorbed well by the human body and is only thought to impact T levels when injected directly into the testicles – ouch!

Tribulus Terrestris –although this is a popular component of many T boosters, tribulus has failed in all clinical trials to demonstrate any effects in boosting testosterone levels. It can, however, boost sex drive and support libido.

Hawthorn – again, clinical trials using this ingredient haven’t demonstrated any testosterone boosting abilities.

Avena Sativa – These common oats have no proven clinical ability in supporting testosterone levels, it can help reduce estrogen, so its not all bad..

Daidzein – Tests have actually shown an anti-androgen in rats, and no ability to raise T levels.

Curcurbita Pepo – This pumpkin extract has neither proven nor disproven its abilities to raise T levels.

It’s clear to see that this product contains several ineffective ingredients, so we’d recommend looking for something with a bit more substance if you’re serious about building larger muscle.
