GNC is certainly a longstanding and trusted brand, and on first impression this product looks like a solid basic introduction to the world of T boosters.
A major red flag for us, however, is that a key ingredient of this formula is tribulus terestris, a herb which has actually failed in all clinical trials to show any positive effect on testosterone levels. This is despite the fact that it’s found in over 80% of T boosters – Quite Frankly It Doesn’t Work…
Fenugreek, meanwhile, has show real testosterone supporting properties, so we’re happy to see its inclusion here. It is worth mentioning, however, that fenugreek tends to more effective when used in conjunction with vitamin D3, D-aspartic acid and the ZMA – none of which are included here….
