Musclepharm Z-Core PM Review
Musclepharm Z-Core PM Review
Quality sleep: the key to high T levels?
This T booster, developed by Musclepharm, is formulated to support men looking to increase athletic performance and muscle gain by supporting improved sleep and ability to build muscle mass and strength.
Formulated and developed by the popular sports supplement manufacturer Musclepharm, Z-Core PM promises to give a powerful all-round boost, leaving you feeling more alert, more able to recover from tough workouts and generally more healthy.
But here’s the million dollar question – does it actually work? Let’s take a closer look.
The Formula
We all know that any supplement, no matter what it’s used for, comes down to its ingredients.
The good news is that everything contained in this supplement is fully disclosed by Musclepharm – including how much of each ingredient is included per dose (something that many manufacturers do not do… Here’s what you’re getting per serving:
- Vitamin B6 (3mg)
- Magnesium (113mg)
- Fenugreek (50mg)
- Melatonin (3mg)
- Copper (10mcg)
- Zinc (7.5mg)
How to Take Z-Core PM
Things are crystal clear here – take one to two capsules each day, 20-30 minutes before bedtime for men. Women are welcome to take this supplement, but at half the dose. It’s recommended that this supplement is taken on an empty stomach.
Consumer Feedback
Disappointingly, it isn’t all good news here. Testimonials from people who have tried this product are very patchy.
While there’s a few positive reports from people who are happy from the muscle gains and increased energy they’ve experienced as a result of taking this product, there’s also negativity too. A larger number of people say they’ve experienced no results at all when using this supplement.
Any Side Effects
While there are no serious adverse reactions linked to this testosterone booster, there are some reports of grogginess and headaches from a number of users.
Where to Buy
It looks like the main supplier here is Bodybuilding.com, and we have also tracked this supplement down at Amazon.com. You can pay anything between $16.00 and $30.00 for a one month’s supply of Z-Core PM.
Any Guarantees
Frustratingly, there’s no sign of any money-back satisfaction guarantee on offer here.
Our Thoughts
There’s no denying that Musclepharm is renowned for its excellent range of quality products – but we’re not convinced that Z-Core PM is one of them.
While there are some serious Testosterone boosting ingredients on offer here, some of them, Fenugreek for example, are present in a much smaller dose compared to similar counterparts. Perhaps this is the reason why many users are claiming to be discontent with the product.
If you’re looking for a mild boost, then there’s every chance that Z-Core PM will do the job, but as a powerful testosterone booster, it’s simply not strong enough.
